The Journe Touch (Toshiba)
Well you heard the rumors about iPad, but yet the Apple side give a sneak details of it. While people busy thinking about how the iPad looks, other manufacture was already race to begin to create a tablet just to make sure they can compete with the iPad. The first manufactured that showing up their tablet, as a result its called the Journe Touch.
A portable internet device that can pull some media like playing HD’s and stuff. Not largely different with the Archos 7, the Journe Touch use a Windows CE 6.0 version OS that been mixed to perform PMP’s feature like reading RSS feeds, browsing the internet (mobile), playing music &video and also viewing photo. The screen use a 7” (800 x 480 pixel) that fit perfectly to the tablet.
The device will be packed with a 1 GB internal storage, that’s will make you use the external storage (SD Media Card) that is max at 32GB. The main different is lies on the USB cradle that make the Journe able to dock and connect to a HDTV using a HDMI cable. The Journe will be Preloaded with good application including Flickr, Facebook, Picasa and Youtube (UK’s Mirror News).
Journe will be Launch at the 4th quarter of 2009 with a 250 Euro (about US $ 350) price tag.
