Apple VS Nokia (Who’s winning)
The fighting of two major mobile phone vendors Apple and Nokia about the patent issue has not seemed to subside. Apple is known back to take legal action related to this, not only in America but also in England.
As reported by cellular-news, the root of the dispute the two parties started when Nokia pointed out that Apple has violated seven patents owned Nokia, which is applied in iPhone to computer products. In contrast, Apple had to do the same demand by the International Trade Commission (ITC). Nokia has also been charged with violating nine patents owned by this US vendor.
In fact, as is well known that at the beginning of this year a federal judge in the United States has agreed to delay a patent dispute between the two giant vendors such order pending the outcome of completion of the International Trade Commission.
On the claim lawsuit in the United States, Apple accused Nokia has violated three dozen patents Apple. And, to say that Nokia has done “a copy of the iPhone” in its user interface.
Related to these demands spoken for Nokia, Mark Durrant said it was investigating the claim. Meanwhile, spoke for Apple in the UK do not want to comment on this issue. Hopefully the dispute quickly settled.
